What is so special about a smile that really needs to cover up, instead of its description as a facial expression made by involving muscles near mouth and eyes?

Studies find that smiling can improve health condition. It can boost immune system. This might be because when people smiling, they feel more relaxed. Thus, all the organs work well so as the immune system.

Another thing is smiling releases endorphin hormone, which is known as natural pain killer or natural pain relaxant. This endorphin stimulates a feeling of joy and relieves any kind of stresses.
A simple act of smile can also change mood into more positive feeling. In general, a smile is associated with pleasure, happiness or amusement. It is hard to think of something negative while smiling because the smile sends these natural signals of happiness to a body. When happiness comes, mostly negative things will be ignored.

When you have everything in life; power, people and wealth, what else would you seek? The answer is immortality. That is what the movie "Mummy – Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" started its story.

Emperor Han ruled the whole China and surrounding years B.C. He feared nothing except the aging process which would lead to his own death. Thus, he invited a well-known witch to help make him immortal. The witch knew about the cruelty of the emperor, instead of making him immortal, cursed the emperor and all of his army. They turned into statues and years past. The kingdom now was buried with everyone cursed.

Is immortality so precious?

Is it the highest goal? For religious people they might say it is not the highest goal on earth for they believe on eternal life after death.

If we consider only this life time, do you really want to have eternal life? Live forever for years and thousand years or even billion thousand years. Personally, I will not choose that kind of life. For me, quality life is better than quantity life. I do not mind living short time full of happiness than hundreds thousand years living a boring ineffective life.

It will be sad to see other things surround you change while you are not. You will have to watch one by one your families, relatives, friends, and neighbors leave you. Even your house and other stuffs will go old and rotten.

Buddhism said that every component is subject to decay. It is the law of the nature. Unless you find being immortal will benefit you and others, better focus on doing good as much as you can in this mortal life time than thinking on immortality life.

According to wikipedia, there are many types of acne, and they are as follows:

• Acne vulgaris - most commonly experienced around puberty, typically of the face and shoulders/chest
• Acne rosacea - a red rash predominan
tly on the face
• Acne keloidalis nuchae (Pseudofolliculitis nuchae) -
a rash caused by shaving
• Acne conglobata (Hidradenitis suppura
tiva) - chronic abscesses or boils of sweat glands and hair follicles; in the underarms, groin and buttocks, and under the breasts in women
• Acne cosmetica - acne caused by cosmetics

• Acne fulminans - an extreme form of acne conglobata

• Acne medicamentosa - acne caused by starting or stopping a medicine
• Baby acne - a rash seen on the cheeks, chin, and forehe
ad of infants
• Chloracne - an acne rash caused by exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons such as dioxins or PCBs

Acne is caused by the clogging of pores and the inflammation of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. It can occur on the face, neck, shoulders, back and chest. This happens because the glands produce oil and when the pores are clogged it becomes whiteheads or blackheads. And when bacteria infect the hair follicles, and when the whitehead raptures, a pimple is produced. And if pi
mples are squeezed, scars on the face can develop.

Acne can take the following forms:

- Comedones (whiteheads and blackheads). Comedones (kom-uh-DO-neze) are created when the openings of hair follicles become clogged and blocked with oil secretions, dead skin cells and sometimes bacteria. When comedones are open at the skin surface they're called blackheads because of the dark appearance of the plugs in the hair follicles. When comedones are closed, they're called whiteheads — slightly raised, skin-colored bumps.

- Papules. These are small raised bumps that signal inflammation or infection in the hair follicles. Papules may be red and tender.

- Pustules. Similar to papules, pustules are red, tender bumps with white pus at their tips.
- Nodules. These are large, solid, painful lumps beneath the surface of the skin. They're formed by the buildup of secretions deep within hair follicles.
- Cysts. These are painful, pus-filled lumps beneath the surface of the skin. These boil-like infections can cause scars. Common Causes of Acne :
- Poor hygiene, and hormone imbalances. Hormonal changes in adolescence: Stimulation of the sebaceous glands seems to occur with the production of androgens (the masculinizing hormone found in both sexes) at puberty.

- Food and cosmetics allergies are cause of some of the worst cases.
- In general, bad digestion, leads to the inability to absorb important nutrients and is a major cause of acne.
- Genetic factor.

I was a kind of a rebellion - a freedom loving person. I often found other people’s words as challenges and would put all my efforts to prove them wrong. If they said I could not go any further than a mile. I would prove them that I could go over a mile, even two, four or ten miles. I was not easily turned down by negative words; in fact, I got motivated to reach the opposite.

Once, I mistakenly generalized that everyone will do the same as I do when receiving negative words. The problem is one of my friend had a thought for committing a suicide after hearing negative words about her appearance from me.

I never meant to say such a bad thing about her body. In fact, I often tried to build her positive thinking over it. It did not work. Thus, my last hope was, she would get motivated with negative words (like I used to). However, the result was so awful. It would become worse if she really did the suicidal.

Now the question raise in my mind, does ‘word’ matter??
Have you heard about the effects of negative words and positive words to water? There was an experiment of giving positive words only to a glass of water and negative words to the other. Both glasses were put in the freezer for a while. When the ice in both glasses examined, researcher found out that the shape of the ice given positive words are in beautiful crystallized shapes. While the other had irregular randomized shapes.

If words have great effect to non-beings, could you imagine what they do to human?
Thus, we should by now pay attention to our words. Avoid use negative words, especially to children. Praise them or give them reward for they good habits or achievement. Children easily store new things they hear or see to their memories. Since the memories of kids have more space to fill up than adults’ memories. Negative words will stay in their mind for quite a long time and affect their characters building.

Positive words improve their confidence and self-respect, which later develop into respecting others.
Some people might get motivated by negative words, but most of them do not. Appreciations and compliments work better for people in general.
